Kyle's first fishing trip

We got up this morning and decided to drive to Gladstad's pond because Billy had an "itching" to fish. Kyle and I hung out and explored the bank of the pond while Billy took the canoe out. We had a good time, it was nice to spend the morning outside before the 100 degrees rolled on in.

Buddy lunch date

Had this Wednesday (june 27) off and we hadn't seen Jimmie and Ashley since before we left for St. Lucia. We met and Ashley's house and Jimmie and Gigi brought over a casserole. Kyle got to hang with her buddies Grayson and Gigi.



Kyle has been challenging this week to take her morning nap, so I knew she'd at least nap in the Bob so I went for a little jog



Her new thing to play with is my makeup.



This kills some time while I get myself ready

Kyle loved the stuffed animals at Neiman's.



I lucked out and was able to distract her from the monkey without having to buy him.
We all wet to go eat at the mermaid bar after. Kyle was good at first then had enough so couldn't get a pic eating with her cousin.

11 months

Where does time go? This month came and went by really fast, and now we are counting down until Kyle's first birthday. The year has truly been a whirlwind. I feel like everyday is a milestone for Kyle- she is pulling up on everything balancing and getting close to taking her first steps!

My 10 month old

The monthly photo shoots are definitely getting more challenging especially when Billy is not home when we take them. Kyle loves her bear more than ever and wants to mess with the sign. She's all over the place so these were the best I could get!

Conroe crew visit may 2012

Mark, Keyea, Kailey, Joseph and Grammy caravanned to Dallas to meet Baby Ellen. Mom and Collin had already gotten in town and settled over at Tommy and Hayley's so the Peters stayed with me and Grammy stayed with Tommy. We had a really great time hanging out and catching up with everyone
