Arlington National Cemetery, Pentagon & Capital

Our sightseeing excursions weren't at the pace we were accustomed to since we had Kyle with us, so most tourist stuff was done singly, then we had to get Kyle a nap in between. she was pretty flexible, and tagged along pretty easily, she liked the Bjorn the best to be carried in.

Kyle & I posing by the sign

after the long hike from the entrance to the changing of the guards

Changing of the Guards - Kyle actually was quiet during the whole ceremony

Traditional taking down the American flag

Got to switch and let Dad's back get tired

one of the many pit stops to let Kyle eat

Kyle LOVES her snacks

Dad & Kyle by the sign at our exit

Against the law photo in the DC subway - I got "coached" - oops, didn't see the large no photo sign

Kyle & I in front of the library of Congress - a rare pic of her in her stroller

family pic at the senate

Capital - kyle was done with her stroller by now

A nice Asian lady stopped Billy to get her pic, so we had her take ours, however, the capital was supposed to be in the background, she obviously didn't realize we were tourists

Pentagon - only picture you could take without getting the actual Pentagon (which you can't take pics of at all)

Billy & Blake by the "vagina" - every guy in DC thought it was hilarious, so we had to get one by this

Smithsonian natural history - coolest part were these pictures

family pic - Kyle refused to face the camera that day

a little cat nap with dad in the Bjorn
